Psychological Counseling – is a form of work between a psychologist and a client, during which the client can learn about the reasons for the state they came with and receive recommendations on addressing their request. The consultation takes place in a dialog format.
Requests that can be addressed through psychological counseling:
– difficulties in communication
– conflicts
– lack of self-confidence
– adaptation problems
– decision-making problems
– family issues
– depression
– lack of self-confidence, and so on.
Usually, this is a time-limited process.
